HOW IS EVERYTHING $15 AND UNDER? 

At Destinee's Fashion we do our best to bring our customers a large variety and the best quality of jewelry/accessories under $15. Most pieces are between $1.00 and $5.00. We do not advertise and we get our items directly from the manufactures to bring our customers the best products at a low price.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Always remove all jewelry before entering water. Also, take off your jewelry when using harsh chemicals, applying beauty products or entering extreme heat or cold. Our jewelry is made with real metal or is stainless steel so taking these measures will help your jewelry to last longer.

IS YOUR JEWELRY NICKLE FREE?

Most of our jewelry is not nickel-free, however, they have been laboratory tested to assure a very low level of nickel release from the product to the skin. The items that are nickle-free will be noted in the description. We also carry stainless steel products.

DO YOU HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE? 

Absolutely. Our customer service is priceless. We do our best to be available to you for any questions that you may have. We offer live chat to answer all of your questions or concerns. You can also e-mail us or call us to speak directly with someone.

I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY PACKAGE BUT IT SAYS DELIVERED? 

 Destinee's Fashion is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us. There are no guarantees. We we may or may not be able to replace your order.

WHAT IS MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER? 

Immediately after placing your order we will send an email to the address you provide with an order/invoice number. This is a number you can use to reference your order. In the event you have any questions about your order status, please provide our customer support team with your name and order number.

WHAT IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS THAT THE FAQ PAGE DIDN'T HAVE ANSWERS TO?
